Random Tasting #02

For our second random tasting, we choose an original red wine:
A tempranillo varietal, grows near Bézier (Coteaux d'Ensérune)

We returned to "Vino Store" to find this interesting wine...

The Tempranillo grape is the most famous of the Iberian Peninsula
and yet it is planted on 33,000 ha.
That it is the grape used heavily in the development of the famous wines of
the Rioja wine which is based on the worldwide reputation of Spanish wines.

It provides low-acid wines due to its ability to absorb potassium by roots from the ground. The wines made from Tempranillo, are keeping wines
which do not oxidize quickly.
Deep red when young, the wine is evolving towards more tawny color with age.
His favor is deliciously fruity, with some notes foral and / or a hint of licorice.

This wine is made by the Forbre Family,
with a different vinifaction way from Spanish one.

_Cheers_
