@ Le Grand Tasting 2011

BordeauxSpeakinWine tasted a lot of wine all week-end long!

We wanted to tell you about this modern and ambitious wine, "Blanc d'hiver",
made by Fréderic Brochet in the South of Val de Loire.

It is in fact the first french wine to be commercialized every year,
even before the Beaujolais Nouveau!

In mouth, we do think of Beaujolais nouveau,
banana...coconuts...pear...

Blanc d'Hiver is commercialized only with screw caps on his top,
and with a very little dose of sulfur
(The domaine is essentially BIO)

An original and fresh wine, to share happily with friends!

In Bordeaux White, less original but awesome, we were fond of
Malartic Lagravière 2008 (Pessac-Léognan)

_Cheers_
